Method of payment and delivery/collection 3D Filament

Deliver:

After ordering you can pay with Ideal or Paypal. Delivery will be done by PostNL and you will always receive a track and trace code. The order and delivery will be confirmed with an email. If you have not received an email, check the 'spam box'.

To retrieve:

When paying for your order, you can also choose the 'pick up' option. Pick up can be done at any time of the day. As soon as I have received confirmation of payment, the order will be placed in the parcel box for you. This box is equipped with a digital padlock and can only be opened with a personal one-time PIN code. As soon as I have placed the order for you, I will send you (a link with) the code. The code is then valid for 48 hours, but this can also be longer if necessary. Please indicate this in advance. You can then pick up your order whenever it suits you, so no appointment needs to be made. If there are multiple orders in the box, you can of course leave the other orders. The parcel box is monitored 24/7 by means of camera surveillance.
